Terrible & unprofessional experience. Purchased sink 11/28 and was given and delivery date of 12/1-12/2. By Tuesday 12/2 I had not received any tracking info. I called customer service and was told they didn’t have any tracking info and they couldn’t reach anyone in the warehouse, and I would get a call that day with an update. I called every day since and same response was given to me every time. Finally Friday 12/5 after me calling and out by phone and email, sales rep returns my call and tells me I will receive an email from management with tracking info confirming delivery for today by 5pm. I shortly received the email and then at 3pm delivery was cancelled by Patricia Campos. Now extra fees are applied on my expenses with having labor onsite to receive shipment, rescheduling plumber, and delaying inspections.
I'm in Montreal and they shipped super fast, communicated right away when I ordered and have the best prices. Will be buying everything I need with them. Very pleased.
