I LOVE my new wine glasses!! When they arrived, one was broken - so I sent Nella a pic. Sarah was quick to send me another glass, and I received it within a few short days. INCREDIBLE service, and stunning stemware. Couldn't be happier!

Be very careful when purchasing from this location. They do not stand behind their product or their warranty. I bought a potato peeler from them in March and in the first week of May it broke down. A brand new product. I tried going through proper channels and getting a warranty service and they denied it, flat out accusing me of breaking the product WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT. The rep that I dealt with, David, accused me of mishandling the equipment without even having seen the machine. Instead of trying to understand what the issue was, he ended the conversation by saying speak to a different department, I can't help you. I tried speaking higher up but no response from them. I ended up buying the part myself (not through them mind you) and replaced the part, but had I known I definitely would not have done business w this group. Absolutely horrendous and stressful dealing with them past the sales part. In a day and age where customer service is so important and there are so many options on doing business (in any industry) you'd imagine that businesses realize that without good customer service their business longevity is impacted, but I guess the management of this business is unaware.
My husband and I found the ice cream spoons we really like while dining at a restaurant in Toronto. I was able to find the exact same spoons on Nella’s website. When we went to their store in Mississauga, the sales person ( sorry can’t remember her exact name , maybe Lusha )was extremely helpful , she went back to the warehouse couple times to find the spoons for us . She was able to arrange with their other locations when she found out the spoons were on hold for other client for next week pick up so we would able to walk out with the spoons we wanted. We are very happy with the services and definitely will go back for our future needs.
Honestly went to the nor finch location was one of the worst experience i’ve ever had with customer service and then i found out about this location it was honestly such a great experience Liz took the time out of her day to help me out and recommended me certain products for my new catering company i highly recommend if you shop at this location talk to liz and she will treat you like your one of her family members
