I had a great experience shopping at Ontario Cash & Carry. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of products at good prices. Staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I needed. It’s a convenient spot for both everyday essentials and specialty items. Went here because is closer to my restaurant, and got received by a clerk that made everything in its power to not sell me. Save your time. There are many better options close by. Edit: The place answered my review, and it made it sound like I did not want to setup an account (so it's my fault). That's not the case; I did tell the employee that I would set up the account and anyway, he tried to "persuade" me that I would not find what I was looking for. He asked me item by item what I wanted to buy and each case gave me an excuse...after the 3rd one, I left.
Very good service and quite helpful there is guy name Mohammad. Is is amazing in customer service. And. The helper name Shera. Is Quite an asset the firm. With out him the works can’t be done
I was surprised by the way I was denied access at the door as shopping is only available to businesses and not individuals, which is fine since that was the store policy. I own a food processing business in Milton, ON so I supposedly I am among the demographics of their targeted audience :) I informed the attendant that I own a food business and I was interested in going through their offerings and that I am not going to make a purchase today but I would like to find out if they carry the products that I can use in my business. She said that I cannot. Unless I am registered with them, they won't allow me in which I find weird. Just give your prospects a chance to explore your offerings before forcing them into the registration. My suggestion to the store management is to have more welcoming and inclusive polices to serve your potential customers. I hope you improve your onboarding processes and win your prospects instead of alienating them.
One of the best option for whole sale/ bulk buying items for businesses only. Very friendly staff who guides you properly. Located at prime location of ridgeway drive very accessible and plenty of parking is there. Pricing is also very competitive.
I visited Ontario cash and carry , really impressed by the customer service. They have fresh vegetables . I got everything I needed. I will visit again and again.
