I bought a heavy duty frying pan from the store, and at check-out they said "final sale" on this item. I didn't question it, thinking it might be something about health safety, but after the first washing, all the aluminum parts in the handle started oxidizing and generating, causing a black soot to get on your hands every time you handle the pan. I've tried repeated cleanings of the effected parts with no luck. Pan is garbage and they obviously new that when they sold it to me.
Okay for small things, but buying commercial equipments from this place was a disaster. I bought a CAD$4000 stove and it came with a missing piece that the shop refuse to provide, even though it was shown included on the user's manual. I had to spend hours on amazon to try and get that item, and even bought a wrong one at my first purchase.
