I paid almost $100 to ship a new born baby gift through ground shipping. On top of that they had the audacity to charge the recipient duties for shipping instead of addressing it with me upfront. Almost $150 to ship a blanket? What awful communication and awful customer service.
They also don't pick up their phones. If you wanted an example of why society is messed up, living example in the store. I assume it comes from top down (manager....etc) otherwise you would think they would fix or improve it.
Worst staples store in the vicinity. Please visit the Argentia road. The staff is non cooperative and charges twice for the same service. Even the manager implied I'm lying even after showing him the proof of bank receipts and asked me to pay twice for a single service.

A waste of time, I'm very disappointed. I needed photos for the PR card (for me and my family members), which requires a photo with a resolution range between 1680x1200 and 4200x3000 px. I didn't want to take those by myself at home, because there are a lot of specs from IRCC, so I looked for a professional service, trying to avoid wasting my time. Initially, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to speak with somebody. The employee took the pictures, and then I had to wait some 30 minutes more for the photos to be done. They asked me for a USB stick, which I didn't have, so I had to buy that as well. When I tried to upload the photos to IRCC's website, I've got a warning that the resolution was wrong (1200 x 1680 px), and it obviously didn't work out. I went back to the store the next day, and told the employee the pictures had a wrong resolution, and that I was willing to take new pictures, but he told me their system works automatically and there's no way to choose a different resolution. He offered me a refund, which I promptly accepted.
I couldn't had fax done (which should be so easy...a great employee Hadeel literally walkedme through all the way... A great great business is known by its great employee..I am very thankful
