Nish at Print Den was extremely patient and had an excellent attention to detail while perfecting a design for our Company (Superior Door & Gate Systems). We selected the double sided soft touch business cards. The product looks great and the price was good too. I will definitely use Print Den again for my next design and printing jobs

So disorganized. Super slow with responding on emails. I had to double check if they received my email. Then if they started my order. Ended up with getting charged twice on the same order. Disappointed.
I was extremely pleased with my order and the service. It was a last minute, one-day order and Nish went above and beyond to sort out some technical issues and make sure it was ready on time. I ordered some cards from this company. Because I ordered something that is new and special, the owner said I cannot guarantee that they will turn out perfect as this is a new product and it is in the test phase. I said "not to worry, lets try it out". The cards came back with a slight blemish.. very minor. The owner said "don't worry, you keep these and you come back in a couple of days" I came back and he had new ones for me that were perfect! I am very happy with the way the owner runs his business and I will continue to work with him. He makes sure his customers are happy. This is very important to me.
