Very unprofessional. I walked in to have some documents printed the girl helping me was too busy socializing with other employees. She told me all printers were down and not functioning but my prints would be ready for next day. I wasted my time sending all files. Before I left she ensured me that someone would email me by end of day with a preview of my prints. I hadn't received any emails. On the morning of the day I was supposed to pick up my prints another employee answered she had no idea what I was talking about and said the employee I was dealing with felt I'll and left. I was extremely frustrated because this new employee who had been the one socializing with her day before I had no idea what I was talking about but was standing right beside her while I was showing her what I needed printed. I took my business elsewhere. I highly recommend going to staples my prints were done immediately with a technician who knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what they were doing. Save yourself the time and gas money and peace of mind go somewhere else this place is as trash as the computers and employees that work here.
Kiranjot did an absolutely amazing job creating my business cards, posters, and flyers for Doggy Steps! Everything turned out so professional, eye-catching, and perfectly on brand. She really listened to my vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. The designs capture exactly what my business is about and I’ve already received so many compliments. I 100% recommend this place for all your printing needs. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Incredibly quick to reply, always answers their emails, always gets back to me with accurate answers, always gets the job done FLAWLESSLY; it's always always always a pleasure to work with them. The QUICKEST turnaround time I've EVER experienced. They're always there for my last minute projects. Been going here since my wedding, and now for my event planning business - I don't even live in the city anymore but I still work with them. The drive is worth it! Worked with other printing places as well, but absolutely no one can compare to Mr. Printer's prices and turnaround time. Shoutout to Natasha and Kiran - they're both absolute rockstars.

I needed a super last minute order for my business and Kiran picked up right when they opened and helped me throughout the whole process. She was extremely patient and kind and worked with me for 2.5 hours back and forth trying to finalize my design and even suggested ideas that we ended up going with!
