Terrible customer service. Came in to print a document but had trouble loading it on the computer and was told to hurry up and the computer usage is a dollar a minute. There was no one else waiting in line or anything. Wanted to support local but this shop is a complete waste of time. It's cheaper to print at the public library anyways.
I highly recommend Priority Print for taking care of printing those special details and decor for your events. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and recommended the best materials and sizes for my projects. I was extremely satisfied with their service, professionalism, turn around time and customer service.
The lady who works there has a terrible attitude. Worst customer service ever. I went in to print some papers with my mom. I coughed into my elbow because I choked, I’m not sick.The owner started yelling and told me to start wearing a mask, she yelled at me and I’m a minor. My mom asked if that was a policy because we were pretty sure that mandate was lifted. She then shouted that it was common sense. This isn’t the first incident that we’ve had. We’ve come here once before and she treated us the same way. Never coming back.

Consider extending your operation hours,since you are a pick up point for FEDEX .9am -4 pm Monday -Friday and closed on weekends doesn’t work for your customer,who is working 9-5 .Do I need to take a day off to pick up my FEDEX package.?
