Extremely poor quality and non compliant visa picture. Paid nearly $25 for digital visa photos, which in all our years are the worst ever seen. Grainy/blurry, glare on face, face size non compliant!!! And ofcourse they wont refund and claim they have a 99% acceptance rate for visa photos! So the solution offered is to submit the photo and if its rejected then they will see what to do. Are you kidding me! I do not understand why businesses are so short term focused. Why not keep customers happy so you would have repeat business. Ps: I am still quite shocked how bad the quality of that picture is... and they do provide this service as a business!
Be careful with this place to take "cheap" passport photos. The owner is not friendly, and the photos were poorly taken. The passport office rejected the photograph, for reason of photo not "acceptable". Better to have the photo taken from a reputable store. After waiting for months and then to the have passport office reject it. Arghh.....!
Expensive compared to Staples. They charge 0.50 for black and white page and $1 for color. They also charge handling charges of $3. Update 1: First of all I was just stating the facts. Your response seems to be rude and does not add up with the other reviewers mentioning that you are polite. So maybe the 5 star reviews are from your family or friends. Secondly I feel that if people are aware of the handling charges you charge before coming to your shop they might give a second thought about taking your services. You have a good day too.
Great customer service. I am very happy that I came here. The guy at counter was very polite and helpful. I did not get his name but thank you so much for being nice polite and professional.I did not have the proper picture to make into poster they designer took his time to make me understand it might not come out as I want but I told him to go ahead and print it anyway so he did his best to fix the issues and I am very happy and thankful for him doing that he did amazing job my poster came out good.
