A great print shop I come here all the time for posters, stickers, door hangers and an a frame. Arthur is super knowledgeable and helpful has helped me countless times and goes above and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough
recently tried to submit a simple print request to a new young employee, who was unhelpful and hung up on me because he "didn't understand." My attempt to resolve the issue in person was even worse; I was met with extreme rudeness and told to leave. The sudden decline in customer service is shocking

Perfect would be an understatement. Have been dealing with Louie/Arthur for years and never have I been disappointed. They are always willing to help out and doing a perfect job at a very reasonable price.
Don't go here to print photos. I called in ahead of time to ask if they did 4x6 photo prints (which is also advertised on their website), the guy said yes, so I emailed him 6 photos and he confirmed that I could come pick them up after 5:30. When I got there they were not ready and it took a good 15 minutes to print. Each photo was printed on an 8x11 glossy sheet of paper (not actual photo paper). The colouring was off, and the photos were warped, even though I had cropped them to be 4:6. I wouldn't have minded cutting them out if the quality was okay, but they are unusable. The total cost for the 12 prints was $20.80 before tax. I ended up just paying for them and leaving because I was already late. It sucks because I went out the way to support a local business instead of Walmart and then had to go to Walmart anyways. Service was alright otherwise.
