I’m sure on a better day the service might be better but I went in to return a parcel and all they said was okay done I asked for a tracking number as I haven’t used this service before and they rudely said look there it’s right there while folding a sheet of paper and rudely pointing l. Also the place has a very overwhelming scent of intense inside definitely will not be using this location for future packages whether returning or sending.

Great service. The team took care of my package. Helped me wrap my niece's graduation gift. They helped by doing it all while having a great positive attitude. I wish more businesses had such attitude of positivity. Great service. Great prices.

Aymen Abuharb (Manager) and Abdul and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I had 3 large heavy boxes I dreaded shipping but they made the experience seamless! We are moving from Ont to BC and it ended up being a cost effective option for some boxes we didn’t want to take on the plane. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! You two made my day. I highly recommend this location for any shipping needs.

Took 5 pages prints which came to 50cents but was charged $3.49. I was shocked and asked a splitup, i was told its $2.50 to use the computer. This is absolutely ridiculous. When i asked how can i take print without using the computer, the lady said you cant. Have to go and take it elsewhere. Just paid and got out. Beware of this looting method.
