We've been dealing with Boss Logo for many, many years. As has been noted by other reviewers, new management took over a few years ago. Wow, what a difference the new management team has been. Quality and customer service has improved exponentially, and I'm using that word as defined. Aaron in particular is super attentive, responsive, and professional. We look forward to a great and on-going relationship with Boss Logo!
It's been years since they have changed management and I have to say it is definitely a much needed improvement. It has taken me this long to shake "most" of the bad feelings I had towards them. Before they didn't know who you were, they had frequent missed deadlines, they didn't care about you or your end client, and absolutely no accountability. Now, like a boutique shop, I feel valued and cared for. They meet their deadlines as they say they will and if there's something important I need I can reach out and connect with someone. If you are looking for a reliable trade printer, I can now confidently recommend Boss Logo. Thank you to Aaron, he's really come through for me on some sensitive jobs.
Great prices and quick turn around. This place is where the resellers go to...so they are amazing. They (Aaron) went above and beyond and helped my file that had a small error. I have been using boss logo for over 10 years. Will never go elsewhere.
I used Boss Logo years ago but stopped due to the completely unreliable service. I was hesitant to give them a try again, but I'm glad I did. The quality, turnaround and service has been excellent. A special shout out to their MVP Aaron - he's great to work with. Always reliable, responsive and on top of every job.
Aaron is a professional guy and perfectly supportive. Since I had eleven urgent jobs, and it was a critical time for me because my client had an event, he followed up with me day by day and hour by hour, ensuring that the jobs were finished on time.
About 2 years ago I left a review said Boss Logo should be closed for good because of the terrible services. Now, with a new management, they really did change a lot. The quality is good and they always get the job done on time, which was the biggest issue before. Kaitlyn's customer service is extremely good! She replies almost instantly for any questions, and solve my problem right away! She is awesome! Overall, Boss Logo is totally new now. They are not perfect yet, still some minor problem here or there, but there was a huge improvement.
Excellent Company to work with as they are super helpful and have various printing techniques and finishes. Will definitely continue to use Boss Logo for all my printed products
