Service was swift, complete what I wanted... Mike was working hard to get me what I needed and items not in stock I can get tomorrow after he calls! First visit and will be staying there as close to me as well! Ko
They've got lots of parts and if you go in the store you can find someone to help. Calling I find is hit and miss, they're usually pretty busy so you'll end up on hold. They'll still help you when you get through but I find its easier to login and check inventory that way.

I was looking for a fan blade for an old furnace and Frank helped me out with what he managed to find in some older stock, we tried this but it didn't work and he said that was all they had. Twenty minutes later he had looked up a supplier in the area that has the exact blade and called me to give me there number, this was extremely nice of him as he didn't know me but he went out of his way to do so.
