Love this place always have what I need or they can get the plumbing parts for me and the people who work there I give them a A++. They are kind, and very helpful and always have a smile
always a pleasure coming to Noble trade, Anthony .R has always been very helpful to my corporation, he provides excellent service when it comes to getting the right parts and equipment, we have never been disappointed, he is very responsive and customer oriented.
This is the first place I see that they don’t return their products. No one explained to me that when I bought the item but because it didn’t fit I had to buy new one and keep the unneeded one. The person there said we only return if you have an account with us. Even the receipt didn’t say that they don’t return or it is final sale
I'm not a contractor. Just a regular consumer. You go in and tell them what you need and they get it. Prices seem the same as the big box stores. Everything you need plumbing wise is available.
Went in here looking for some help identifying certain water lines / sizes and possible fittings through pictures that I would need for a simple project I'm working on and all they guy behind the counter could tell me was: "bring me a list", "get me a list", "bring me a list, I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction"... basically I walked out frustrated since they clearly weren't interested in trying to help me. Others' negative reviews about them are bang on. Stay clear of this place, unless of course you are a contractor and have "a list".
lazy employees The look they give you when you walk in Their costumer service really makes you uncomfortable that you dont wanna ever come back. 4 times i came regretin i stop at this location. Hope somebody will consider this complain.
