I went looking for a thermostatic valve. nobody has it. even tried Amazon and every one I bought, and subsequently returned, was short by millimeters. Ms. Ester took the time to go online and search for a replacement - and even double checked the measurements to ensure I would be ordering the right part. Service above and beyond. Thank you.
Jon and Allen are the best. Always going above and beyond to help my coworkers and I. This branch has become my go to branch. Always a pleasure to deal with and when they don’t have something they always find it and get it for me as soon as possible.
This branch is our favorite one to shop at. The guys here are knowledgeable about all parts and help us to find parts that we are unable to ourselves! To all the bad reviews from homeowners, hire a plumber, save yourself the hassle and don't bash these guys they know their stuff!!
I went there with my husband as Home Depot redirected us to a plumbing store. My husband is a silent guy but when he came out of that store he was furious... the employees were very uncooperative.
I was very surprised at how rude the staff was there today. Customer service has been sliding downward since they were bought out. I wasted so much time and lost income at Noble that I have gone there for the last time. Perhaps they could learn from classy places like Emco that know that customer service is important. 1 star is over rated.
I had a terrible experience today at Noble's. Was sent there by one of our suppliers and was treated rather rudely... So rudely in fact that I am writing my first negative Google review to warn others of the lack of customer service I received from one of their counter employees. I will never return here for anything and I will warn others of the potential hiccup they may encounter at this location.
