Nice showroom with lots to examine. Lots of higher end brands so a different category than the big box stores. Jake was helpful and honest providing recommendations with what he knew and said he would get back to me with what he didn't. He did a great job and provided quick and thorough quotes.
Cody was an exceptional salesmen.Very attentive, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable in his field. Cody answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. In the past dealing with the salesmen in this location was extremely frustrating including Jason the manager. They didn’t call back when I asked them to and were not organized and had an error which they didn’t take accountability for which wasn’t very professional. Luckily today was a different experience; There was only Trisha at the desk, she took the time to provide an exceptional service and was very informative, patient, and helpful. Keep up the good service!
Im extremely grateful for this Emco. I had to fire an employee recently for theft related reasons, and he tried to buy stuff on the account here afterward… and they blocked him because they could tell it was sus. Thank you so much, guys. 10/10 service.
