Quality of the work here has gone down. Quality of customer service has gone down. I’ve been coming to this pizza nova for years and they could not even accommodate an order change 1 minute after I placed my order. Then I was told it was ready but when I arrived it was not.
For a late night Pizza it's okay, it tastes okay but having 1 topping isn't exactly thrilling. Obviously Pizza works differently with a different difficulty level the more toppings the more money plus the Diameter scaling then the cost curve on that.
Customer service is a zero! I ordered off door dash and seen no movement on my order for a hour .. so I called the man and he proceeded to tell me that my order had been cancelled .. I explained to him that couldn’t be because it says it’s being made on my end plus who would really call and cancel beside me or DoorDash .. he just repeated him self saying someone called in to cancel.. I knew he was lying because right after we hung up the phone it says the order was heading to me. I quickly got in contact with door dash and they cancelled the order for me they explained that if the order had said delivered I wouldn’t even have gotten my money back! This store was trying to complete the order without it even being made and or delivered! Watch out for these guys because they definitely are not truth worthy establishment.
Worst pizza & customer service I’ve had at a novas pizza .. pizza was burnt, ask for double cheese there was very little cheese … I'd like a refund or a replacement pizza from a diffrent location please and thank nova pizza HR reach back to me by my email please
They treat others that aren't like them like dogs they treated my girl friend poorly they made her cry she came out in tears and I ask why are you crying she said the man was very mean and rude to her I don't appreciate this service when she simply was simply just there for a simple reason.
It's amazing how after probably 2 decades, this Pizza Nova has been the same owners for years. Even when they had the smaller location then moved to end of unit. The food, there service, it's still the best Pizza Nova that I have been to. It's hard to find bad Pizza Novas, but this one is without question the best one in my eyes. Delivery, take out, dine in, doesn't matter, perfect every time. How long have I been coming here, I've been coming before Mary started working there too, haha love em both.
Love this location. Been going here for years. Staff has always been friendly and easy to chat with, even on non-pizza related topics. Never had a bad experience here, both with the people and food. My orders have always been on time, never late. Highly recommended.
