I got fish and chips from this location. Best fish and chips I ever had great customer service. I was greeted by a wonderful smile and how are you? I liked that that is a great customer service. May God bless these people
I ordered mobile but she took wrong order and when I get home the order was not right I called the cashier was so rudely responding to me very bad staff
Okay, here's your review: This pizza shop is a must-try! Best in Malton. I had both a veg and non-veg Indian-style pizza, and both were absolutely top class. The toppings were delicious and the crust was perfectly cooked. Parisha and Komal were super friendly and helpful at the front. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful pizza experience!
I recently visited [Pizza depot malton ], and I have to say, prisha and komal, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings. I recently ordered the Veggie pizza and Shwarma Pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, just how I like it. There was a generous amount of toppings. Cheese that was perfectly melted. Overall, the pizza was delicious and well-balanced. Prisha And Komal are really nice . And always welcome with smile!
I called this location to inquire about pickup special. The worker didn’t answer my question and kept insisting on my phone number so I gave it. He then told me the wrong prices for the pizza and confused my order, then had to pass the phone to someone else who I had to repeat the order to multiple times. She then told me a higher price when repeating my final order, and said the other worker was new so he didn’t know. I told okay, I’ll have to call her back if I will decide to order, and she said “ you wanted a lot of my time “ and rudely cut the call. It was their fault for quoting me the wrong price , and I had placed an order based on that original price I was told. It was my own time which was wasted placing an order under the wrong price impression, and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize about that, and rather behaved so rudely after saying u wasted their time. The workers need to be properly trained in dealing with customers. Very unpleasant experience, very unhappy, and don’t want to buy from here anymore.
They are using the food which has fungus (mold) on it and not fresh at all. Please don’t go there. Expired food they use and fry it so in that way you cannot see how was your food before baking or cooking (frying). Yeah, you thought I am fake or posting wrong because you know this is true. Thanks given your response
