Walked in for their XL walk-in special. Half Americano & half Mexicana. I love that you have the option to choose between sliced sausage or crumbled. It was delicious. The best about it was that the pizza sauce is not tangy and didn't kill me with heartburn like some other pizza joints.....I'll definitely be back!
I come store 10:34 for tak out pizza on June 9 Monday. Store cleaning time is 11 clock. Still have 26 minutes closing time. But they not accepted my oder. Very poor customer service. GINOS PIZZA A FRANCHISE. THERE SERVICE IS DISRESPECTFUL.
I have gotten slices from this store over the years which were not bad. I just placed an order through SKIP for pickup and I am very pleased with both the service and the food. They had my order ready when I got there (I was a few minutes early). Most places would have you wait a couple minutes even if you are there at the time the app says it will be ready. The pizza was made just right and they followed the instructions I had put in. Molten lava cake was great as well! They don’t have a lot of tables so it is not meant to be a family dinner spot, but a good choice for takeout / pickup.
Our family loves to go to Gino’s. We were in the area so decided to go to Gino’s as our decision to go over there could never go wrong(well that’s what we thought!)But this was our worst experience. Thanks to the staff. The space is really small with only four stools to sit on. We were two families so it was really hard to adjust with the cramped space. It was cold outside so we didn’t had much choice. The staff took a little longer than usual to bake our pizzas and then there were no toppings. We asked for plates but the staff ignored. We were able to see him clearly so we saw he heard but chose to ignore. Then we had to call him loudly to get the plate and oregano. Oregano was really really old and clearly expired. It was powdered (god knows why!) Later one other staff came on the counter and increased the volume of the TV as much as he could have. My friend asked him to lower it but he ignored. If this location closes there’s no wonder who would be responsible. It was so loud that we had to leave apart from being cold outside. Stay away from this location!
I am always up for Gino’s whenever I get a chance! But by far this was our worst experience. Thanks to the staff. The space is really small with only four stools to sit on. The picture attached to my review is the guy who ruined our evening. He was making faces at us. I was taking picture of our kids and he came in the background so thought of sharing with other fellow customers who doesn’t want to ruin their experience and day! Stay miles away from this location!
Very bad experience i have ordered Medium size Three topping pizza but they wasn’t enough topics for our pizza and there were shortage of cheese as well as toppings we just got a warm bread jn the name of pizza
Very good pizza, can't go wrong, my only complain is that they don't cut the pizza in equal slices, some are huge and the others very small, plese take an extra 3 seconds to cut them right. The other thing is that their website doesn't work when you try to make a selection stays loading forever, please pay attention to your website so you don't loose customers to other pizza places that have a working website. New update: I ordered half pizza with deifferent toppins than the other half and the one with more toppins covered only 1/3 check yor order before you leave so you don't get taken. This company doesn't care about reviews but at least I aired my discontent.
