One of the worst pizzas that I have ever eaten. When we order through Uber eats and later called the store directly to try and work out a resolution. This simply asked us to work with Uber Eats for a refund. We were not looking for money back, but simply Replacement good quality pizza. Never again - Spend your money where it Respected

Very poor customer service. The pizza here is good, but the attitude and customer service of some of the staff is quite poor. On multiple occasions they have forgot to give the dipping sauce that is included in the pizza deal then tried to charge extra for it. Not ok. Other issues include trying to sell a pizza for a regular rate while the same pizza is advertised for a lower cost on the board outside the shop, and taking 10-15 minutes to fix pricing errors (I noticed that a pizza would cost me $800 something dollars when I went to tap my card) which are quite sketchy/have happened multiple times here. Train your staff and have them learn how to treat customers properly.
The worst people I've ever dealt with in a long time there's a picture on the door of the specials so I see a 4 piece and potato wedges for $10.99 so I ordered that I leave get home starving after a long day and I open the container and its 5 chicken fingers and that's it. So I bring it back and I'm talking to the guy I ordered from and this other worker starts saying what's your problem Clearly drunk .I mean smashed .trying to o pick a fight with me. I've grow up since those days of my life . Lucky him . Even the two of them at the same time .anyways I go the adult route and say ok buddy put yourself in my shoes and u order what's on the door .and I show the drunk owner the picture and say if u ordered that and got these dried out chicken fingers how would I feel . So typical drunk answer ,full of profanities and asking if I have a problem. Stuff like that. So I say buddy if you need the money Thad bad I would have gave him it and left the fingers there and left .. it was so sad. And now I've gotta either cook or order from somewhere else. That's what you get for going to a Gino's pizza with no Italians. So just a little warning. If you want to go to a place and get cussed out by a drunk owner and get a messed up order this is your place.
My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at this Gino’s Pizza establishment not too long after they opened and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff were kind and friendly. The pizza was delicious and well-made! They even recommended us to select different menu options in order to get the most value for our dollar. I highly recommend dining at this location!
It’s sad that there is no phone number to order a pizza and ordering through the website needs you to log in and give your information. I just need a pizza and should not be forced to make an account
In general pretty good. Similar to other Gino's. My one piece if advice is to make sure you check how much you are being charged. My son went in for their large 3 topping special for 11.99 and was overcharged. Not by alot it was only 3 dollars over but it wasnt the price that was advertised. My assumption is that it is because the specials at the moment are to get people to the new locarion and aren't the company standard.
