When we walked in tonight, a server dropped a slice of pizza on the ground and put it back in the display… makes me wonder what else is unsanitary, so we left.
I ordered two pizza through Skip the dishes. One of the pizza delivered was completely wrong. Skip the dishes took the complaint, did nothing to assist me directly. I then called pizza novas central number and was passed to customer service who told me they could do anything either as the order was placed through Skip the dishes (still no response 45 minutes later). So, I drove to the store. The store manager acknowledged the error and offered me another pizza as originally order, plus an upsize. Thank you sir! As to skip the dishes, clearly they don’t care about you. The pizza nova call centre could also use some better training.
Frustrating service. The woman working the counter can’t speak English - when I asked for my pick up order she said it wasn’t ready. Waited 25 minutes for her to show me another order that wasn’t mine. Turns out mine was ready the entire time. Not to be rude, but being able understand the name of the person picking up is like core part of this job. Pizza was okay despite being cold. Could easily have been avoided if she showed me the order slip when I came in to clarify.
Pizza Nova is probably the best of the local major chains. I had the deluxe thin crust, which had a good amount of fresh veggies on it. Less cheese than typical, but I hardly noticed it. Taste was pretty good, and apart from being a bit salty was quite healthy and balanced for pizza. This is not gourmet stuff by any means, but it was tasty and good value for money.
I recently placed an order with PN for a corporate event. I spoke with Dante on the phone. Dante is so friendly, attentive and thorough, I felt confident that all would go well with my order and left the conversation with a very warm feeling. The pizza arrived, perfect timing and tasted amazing. Delivery driver also was very diligent and friendly. Excellent service all around. Thank you!
The worst customer service ever. 1 They burned the 2 found hair in the pizza I got picture for both and when I showed them just to let them know they got so mad like why you showing us the prove I saw 2 weeks ago a guy changing his shirt in the kitchen where I can see him clearly shirtless while another guy is cutting pizza next to him what a disgusting scene this store needs a visit from city of Mississauga and a visitor from head office people for a better customer service and food safety.
Always have a great experience. I know sometimes they could be overwhelmed by orders, but they always try their best to accommodate and make it right especially when you're picking up directly and I appreciate that kind of service.
