Just ordered my food 20wings garlic bread and can of root beer. Driver arrived i gave him about 22$ tip. He left quick i ordered my wings plain because I dont want them drenched but I specifically ordered barbecue sauce on the side. When I ordered the person that took the order said YOU WILL GET 2 BARBECUE SAUSE ON THE SIDE. the driver left quick there was no barbecue sauce i cant eat my wings with out the sauce. How can you est fries with no ketchup as example. I called customer service it took 20 min to get through i explained that now I hsve too eat my food cold buy the time the sauce gets delivered. The wings were also very greasy this is from not changing the cooking oil regularly. Last time I left a good review this time I take it back. Im very disappointed something so easy they are so careless and dont send it it is ridiculous. I am anemic I have to eat these restaurants are very careless not paying attention to simple things and being lazy and not changing the cooking oil resulting in very greasy food. I not only will probably never order again the next time I get delivered food I will check before the driver leaves to make sure everything is there before giving them a big tip for bad service. Adding to this review I've just received the so called barbecue sauce. It was not even barbecue sauce it was some sort of nasty watered down ketchup mixed with pickle juice. As I edit this review im on hold for customer service rep. This is a bad food experience to say the least I thank the lord I have food although when I PAY good money for it I should receive proper. They probably ran out and mixed up some disgusting muck. Im very very very disappointed.
My favourite Pizza place! Staff are always pleasant and provide good service. Staff have been there a while which seems to help build a fun work environment. Great pizza, always get our orders correct, and tastes great.
April 23, 2023 (Sunday): Great pizza! Hard to find ones like this freshly made; soft on top and thin crispy base. I got the veggie slice pizza combo with pop. Cost with tax 5.50. Two slices. Great deal. Place inside looks great and clean. The front rep was great as well. Got my order within several minutes. Was so good sharing with mom I went back in for another round. I recommend.
Wasn't happy cashier told me ten minutes which I knew wasn't accurate but I didn't expect thirty minute wait. The pizza wasn't good either. I asked for well done but it wasn't, pepperoni was pink instead of properly grilled. I can't prove it but I think they made my pizza from fresh slices moulded with pre-cooked slices then melted cheese on them so I wouldn't notice. Not happy. Had few tough experiences but expected when busy times. For the most part they have been consistent with my orders and timely. Could improve customer service when dealing with issues. They are the closest location to me I love my pizza nova. Caio!!
Best tasting pizza nova i went too. The owner was very respectful and made the best pizza i had in a while. Clean store clean uniform. Make sure you try this store and not any other pizza nova.
I've been.ordering from the glen erin and Britannia store and order extra cheese x2 and never receive even close to what I consider even extra cheese... I found this store and ordered this weekend past... they put a lot of cheese... I was very satisfied and for once in a long time, felt I got what I paid for.... they were cheap with the bacon.... hopefully my next order will have enough of both, but definitely satisfied for the first time in ages with the amount of cheese. I've been getting ripped off for ages by the glen erin and Britannia store...
