Zero customer service. Even after offering to pay, they refused to drizzle BBQ sauce on my pizza. Every other location has done this for me in the past, but not this one. Very disappointed.
Order pizza for a team lunch yesterday. I had the option to get the pizza at the Glen Erin location, but I'm glad I went to the Lisgar location. Our pizza chef/maker made us the BEST pizza we've had in a long long time. It was cooked to perfection...WELL DONE!!! The toppings were cooked and complimented each other. When there is a need for pizza and I will only get it from this location.
Just saw an associate at this location picking nose while serving and cooking pizza. I don’t know the name of the employee, however he’s a big guy with long moustache. Walked right out without eating. lOL
I don't know why they're store is very expensive. For 2 boxes of pizza at regular I payed almost 50 dollars, I don't understand. They are very expensive, I'm never coming here for the rest of my life.
I have been going to this location for years. In the last year or so something has changed. The pizza is not as tasty and even when I order extra sauce it seems like the pizza doesn’t have enough sauce. The staff members don’t really greet customers as they come in and they seem a little annoyed that customers dare to come in and get pizza. Whatever you do do not go to this location on a busy night. You might be waiting inside a hot restaurant for upwards of 30 minutes waiting for your pizza. Perhaps a general customer service review and pizza quality review are due. My kids generally choose this pizza chain last when offered a choice. Why is that?
My kids love pepperoni and when I order a double pepperoni pizza, I get so much pepperoni you can barely see the pizza!! Other places barely give you much even when you order a double pepperoni. This happens on all our orders and we've probably ordered from here about 20 times over the years. Happy kids, makes happy parents! My wife and I order a different pizza and it's always good. I like that I can order a pizza with two different halves and not get charged for extra ingredients like quite a few other places do.
The staff is friendly and the pizza is always consistently good. I highly recommend you order here because the other pizza places around the area are not near the level at Pizza Nova.
