Amazing pizza, I buy a half / half pizza each week for me and my wife, shes vegetarian and a meet eater lol, all the topping are always fresh and cooked just right, I highly recommend them, and the staff are always positive and make you feel welcomed and appreciated, ty pizza nova and staff
Called ahead and ordered a pie for dinner. Arrived to the store and there was a family ahead of me waiting on their order. I was acknowledged which was nice. The young lady at the front was friendly and looked up my order. It would be a few minutes. I paid for the food and $1.25 for a dipping sauce. While I waited a couple more people came and were served in the same manner. What really impressed me however was this lady...in between orders and customers she started cleaning. I was impressed by this immensely. As a teenager and young person back in my day we were taught during our down time to clean and restock all supplies and this is exactly what she did. That is a testament to good management and leadership and overall a young person who takes pride in her job. When my pizza was ready she called me over and wished me a good weekend. Got home and my garlic sauce that I paid for wasn't there A bit disappointing but does not detract from the service provided
My family usually orders from Pizza Nova once a month as a treat. Normally, everything is cooked/presented exactly as ordered.. I always check the ordered items before paying & leaving the store. 2/3 pizzas were incorrect. 1 pizza was missing bacon AND extra cheese, the other one had toppings on BOTH sides of the pizza when 1/2 was supposed to be cheese only. When I asked about the bacon & extra cheese, I was told that the bacon was "under" the cheese.. AND was told that that IS EXTRA CHEESE!? The 2nd pizza, I was told that that is what I ordered!? Called customer service and was given a $20 credit?
Didn't have enough lasagna for my order, the sandwiches were dry, stinging with the sauce. One thing that I found annoying, he asked me what I wanted before he got to the cash register, and then when he finished what he was doing, he asked me to repeat the entire order again. Not sure if I will go back to this location again. Pizza Nova service overall going down. Second location with issues.
Store Front Staff 2 Young Boys Very Rude with Customers..Untrained and Mannerless Staff with Attitude Problem as if they are Serving Free Pizza...No paper Napkins on the front Counter when i asked for Napkins the Boy Gave Really Angry Stare first and just gave me only 1 Small Napkin with Free Attitude ...Manager sees the Bad Behaviour while he is Making pizza but he Does not Correct Them...No Slices in Stock at around 5 Pm...Wait time 25 mins until they Make Slices...The Correct Sauce Not used for correct slice..they just use the same tomato Sauce for all Slices..Asked For Washroom keys and Again had to Deal with that Bad Attitude... Hire and Place the Front Staff that has Willingness to Serve Customers

No gloves working on the pizza dow. The guy has hairy hands and he is mKing the pizza dow larger expanding it on both his hands with NO Gloves Yet again another day.. no gloves and rather then putting bbq souce on the wings they were full of ketchup
