I walk in and there are no other customers in the store. I stand by the ordering counter in PLAIN VIEW of TWO employees. It takes them over FIVE whole minutes to realize I’m standing there as they chat and stare at their phones. Cheese Pizza was stale and tasteless. Just horrible on all fronts.
Went to the store to get a cheese pizza The person working cut the last 5 pizzas with the same cutter I don't eat meat When I asked him about it he lied and got angry at me Never going back
Hi, I ordered food from Nova Pizza. When driver came he just said that why you didn’t tip me and I was quite. He gave me a bag which has three dip but he didn’t give me any next bag and I asked that’s it then he gave me my garlic breads. He didn’t give me coke. I got my home and checked my order then there was no coke. I called pizza store they said the driver will come again. I finished my food and it was like 45 minutes after my order but no body came. I called pizza store guys again, they said coke was in the bag of dips but it was not. I asked him where is my coke and He started shouting on me. He was so disrespectful and I just disconnected the call and said I will put review. They should have basic etiquettes to deal with customer. Maybe delivery guy stole that cause when he came his tone was different like why you didn’t tip me and all. It was so disrespectful. I will recommend don’t order anything from Nova pizza.
I'd like to share a review about my order in regards to the honey garlic chicken wings, I found them to be burnt, dried out and barely had any sauce plus they also tasted like they had freezer burn I'm not impressed one bit and this is completely unacceptable.
I USUALLY ENJOY MOST PIZZA NOVAS. THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE LATELY. I ORDERED A VEAL SANDWICH WITH HOT PEPPERS. ONE OF THE PEPPERS STILL HAD ITS STEM ATTACHED. THIS SHOULDVE BEEN CUT OFF AND DISGARDED. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Customer for 20 years. Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery. Called 3 times and every time I was told that it’s been dispatched. I live 750 m from the shop! Never again!
I order pizza from here for our students and class. They are very quick with deliver and very friendly. Their customer service is on point. So is their pizza, our students love it!
