Pizza is the best fast-food and this place make them fast. Mostly orders are ready within 20 minutes. Prices are gone up a little, if I remember correctly, the deal 2-for-20 originally now around 24. Still better than many other places. The Indian style pizza is not favored by my family and we stick to the conventional ones. Though they offer Halal but I prefer only vegi.
This message is for the owners Absolutely false customer service I ask how much is X-large pizza I talked to two different females first one said 19.99 when the website of your's says 18.99 then I request ok make me a x-large pizza half tandoori chicken and the other half on quarter cheese and other quarter veggie she said that we even charge our own customers extra for that it doesn't make any sense why would you charge extra when a customer is paying full amount of the food they want Absolutely wrong and don't charge people extra when there is no need of that and yet you are going to say oh it the management. Please train them properly and tell them to be polite with Customer she was very rude when said I can speak in punjabi she turn around and said I know Italian I don't care if you know 20 languages if you can't understand a simple order and language you shouldn't be taking any order or have false statements to customer and plus by saying we charge our customer's extra very sad if you are gona do that good luck after people read this the will be alert of you extra charges train them properly.
Pizzas are amazing, but they used to charge me less when I started ordering, but later on, started charging extra and said that our address is far from the store. I love their pizzas but this thing is misleading.
This is a nice place to order pizza, they customise your oder and the order is 100% accurate. The pizza feels fresh and staff is nice as well. They told order will be ready in 25 minutes, but we arrived in 10 minutes and the pizza just poped out of oven. Definitely go and grab a pizza!!
This place has been my go-to spot for pizza for years, and I’ve always recommended it to others. Today, some friends were in town and asked me where to get the best pizza, so I confidently recommended this place. However, they later called me and said it was their worst experience with customer service. It’s disappointing to hear that an employee’s rude behavior ruined what should have been a great experience. I urge the management to look into this matter seriously. Don’t let one person’s unprofessionalism damage the excellent reputation you’ve built over the years. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I went to this place today, and the experience was so disappointing. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude. I had placed an order online, and when I came to pick it up, she started making comments to her coworkers, acting as if it was a problem that I showed up. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and it made me feel unwelcome. If you can’t treat customers with respect, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I won’t be returning here.
