The pizza is usually decent - but they always undercook the ground beef. WHY does the staff at this location not use hair nets? I'm pretty sure they are required. Unfortunately, recently an order was placed for pickup. The email confirmed that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after placing the order, waited another 5 minutes and then left without my pizzas..... they had my phone number and could have notified me of any delay.... or at minimum, offered something to snack on while waiting for the delayed order.
No concept of hand hygiene. Staff touching phone and other objects in the store and touching pizza without washing hands. Not community oriented don't follow noise bylaws. They do power wash and loud jobs causing loud noise. It's a resedential area people need to go to work and school. Even after closing the windows noise could be heard loud and clear.
We only order from this Gino’s location They are so good and truly make the pizza . It’s amazing all the time. Toppings are great and cooked to perfection always. Thank you for always out doing yourselves we keep coming to you and only your location.
Best pizza and best service best price best community helper we are a senior group that is greatly appreciative of how we were treated and taken care of for an event, we will give word of mouth for this location as they were the best from other pizza places in the area that we approached and got nothing compared to this location of Ginos pizza….thank you, thank you, thank you!
tried to order a pizza from here before they closed at 12am (we called and tried to order online at 11pm) and they wouldn’t pick up. They also had orders turned off online before the store closed. Horrible service and have heard and seen horrible reviews about this location. Avoid at all costs!!! Atleast let ur customers order a damn pizza.
Best Gino’s my opinion friendly service. 10/10 Came late to buy pizza the worker was about to leave and close the store and he still made the pizza for me freshly made
The one star is just for the pizza itself; it was pretty good! The staff, however, are...let's just say that it makes me so angry that there are many good people looking for jobs and struggling to find work, but the staff here are employed. They are so unhygienic (e.g., eating/drinking outside food while working, no hair/beard nets, no gloves), rude (e.g., impatient, sarcastic, arrogant), and, seemingly, very ungrateful to be employed (e.g., customer feels like a burden to even order there). I was really excited to have Gino's after 10+ years, but wow... horrible experience. Anyone reading this should either avoid this location, or stick to other businesses like Pizza Pizza, Domino's, etc.
