I always tip online because we order online. Today, the delivery driver told me they do not get the tips if we tip online and to instead have cash on me. Shame on the owners for not tipping their drivers when we submit tips online.
I need to stop coming to this location… the last 2 times I have picked up my order something was wrong with it.. I always open my box to make sure it’s what I ordered the first time I found a hair in my pizza and the girl was right there when I opened it and she’s like no I don’t think it is it looks like maybe a fluff I said regardless there is something that is not food in my pizza.. the second time I went I always put in my order extra base sauce and I always get bbq sauce drizzled on top I have had no issues so far until this latest time I opened my pizza and the WHOLE pizza was covered in bbq sauce.. I’m like this is a lot of sauce and she said well it was extra sauce and doesn’t specify what sauce u said it’s base sauce I always order the same way on the app and I always get extra base sauce she’s like oh I can just scrape off the bbq sauce and I said no I want a new pizza as if u were unsure u could have called as my number was on the order.. and had to argue back and forth to get a new one made..
First time went to this store, great food and customer service. Pizza was full of toppings and great in taste. Worth spending money her then other pizza stores.
We visited this outlet today and ordered a large pizza Shruti and Sukhwinder assisted us with our order. The preparation was top notch nicely baked with evenly spread toppings. Quality and Quantity both worth the price. They also have a lot of options for toppings. Their staff also suggested us the toppings which we really liked. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Team Gino’s for today’s service and food!
Great food experience at this location. Great and friendly service and the food is very fresh. I tried their chicken shawarma pizza and was very impressed ad well as wedges and chicken wings which were also very fresh and delicously made! Thank you! Great amazing service.
Honestly really disappointed in this location. We asked for well done wings, fried. Instead we got barely cooked, baked wings. I love Gino's wings usually, but I definitely won't be back to this location for them. Edited to respond - I've been to two different Gino restaurants since and haven't had a problem with the wings. I went ahead and fixed to a 1 star rating considering your response. Thank you
I do not recommend! I got the meat lovers pizza and the crust was okay, but the meat was chewy and didn’t taste high quality. The staff were not the nicest and seemed uninterested. Also, I would not trust the owner! After reading other reviews, they call people out for making allegations about their seemingly botted reviews, but then go through other people’s reviews and make allegations that they are purposefully leaving negative reviews for everyone!
