The pizza was pretty good! Me and my friend came here for dinner and it was nice! We got the margherita and wings. The sauce was nice, although the cheese slipped a lot. The wings were pretty small but they tasted great! The farlic sauce was good, too!
Ordered from Uber eats and I think this was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Think the cardboard pizza from pizza pizza is better than this. Toppings were minimal, and doesn't look like the fior di latte cheese that was requested. The crust tasted like it was paper mashé blended with corn meal. Absolutely horrible experience.
The toppings were non existent. Maybe one, yes one, mushroom on the whole pizza, maybe an 1/8 of a green pepper. Kids pizza had 5 slices of pepperoni. While it tasted fine, if you wanted a cheese pizza, will not be a place to reorder from. Unfortunately alot of the places in Port credit were closed on Monday and that was the default. I also read they had a problem with mississauga health Dept.
First time we came here last summer, kids loved the pizza, place was clean and very nice Italian guys running it. Have been twice in the last 4 months, noticed a very steady change in cleanliness and atmosphere. The pizza is decent still but the workers literally look like they are being forced to be there. The bathroom was absolutely gross. We have kids and we didn't even want them to pee in there. We will be looking for another pizza place to take the kids.
The pasta was too salty and the service was extremely slow. I waited for 30 to 40 minutes. The table next to me, which ordered almost the same time, also ordered pasta but got served first. This happened twice. Very bad experience. Yes I was here, I ordered a pasta but waited for a whole lunchtime and I needed to go back to school. I had to ask my friend who has a spare to bring it to me.
Wanted to discover how doughbox is expanding so quickly so tried the port credit location. Showed up at 1:05pm and was greeted properly by the lone employee present. Was informed it would take approximately 10 minutes. When it came out of oven, it looked fresh but crust was not showing that true wood fired appearance. First bite impression: cheese and pepperoni were okay, crust and sauce were lacking flavour and crisp. The sauce really tasted generic like how a franchise pizza would, even the garlic dip I got with the pizza could not save the crust. If you want a true wood fire pizza model, learn from pie in barrie and dough from cowabunga in hamilton. The dough is in dire need of some artisinal touch. Overall rating on pizza 6.3/10, kindness and professionalism of employee 10/10, store appearance 7.5/10. My advice as a pizza reviewer: slow down the expansion and focus on winning loyal customers over with quality 8+ scored pizza at all existing locations. It’s not too late!
Went here today and everything was great. The pizzas we ordered were delicious and made with fresh ingredients but the service was even better. The workers were very attentive and made sure we loved our food. Would highly recommend and we will be coming back to this specific location again!
