I just bought a MacBook Air 2019 13" with 6 months warranty. The lap comes with the brand new charger as they mentioned in the Advertisement. The laptop was good and their customer service is great.
The technician is a superman. He could fix my swollen battery in less than 1 hour. I went to Apple yesterday and instead of services, they offered an $1800 iPhone 17 or $854 device replacement. While today I just spent less than $150 with excellent repair. Thank you Xpertech, would recommend everyone to go here rather than going to the greedy Apple.
I brought my computer here due to water damage. Thought the damage would be too extensive to make it worth fixing, but they fixed it here within a day or two for very cheap. Service is excellent and they get it done for you quickly. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Very honest guy. I brought my iPad to him with a loose charging port. He explained that if the screws were loose, he could fix it in a half hour for $45. However, if the charge port itself was broken, the repair would be $110 and take 1-2 days. I returned in a half hour to a fixed iPad! I would have left it either way to be fixed. The fact that he was honest and did only the necessary repair restored my faith in repair shops! Will definitely recommend this place and will for sure return with any other issues with our electronics. Thanks so much!
Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism by Harry. Took my laptop due to a start up problem. He worked on it right away trying to reset BIOS and opened it to disconnect the battery. It didn't work so he suspected the BIOS needed to be flashed. He wasn't able to do there so I got it fixed elsewhere but he was correct. Very kind patient and considerate.
I recently went to screw in the back of my laptop. He helped me right away and was very efficient. He was great! And the best part was, he offered to do it for free! I didn't feel comfortable but he said it was fine! Great guy!
