Was looking for places to fix my phone and this one was one of the only ones that were open online so I decided to come. Drove 30 minutes away from home in really bad snow conditions and came and it had the “open” sign up but doors were locked and lights were off and nobody was inside. Next time when you want to open a business you should probably think about these basic things as some customers come from far places just to find out it’s closed and probably will never come again. Not only your losing customers but your also getting bad reviews left and right from many people.
If I could give a lower rating, I would. WARNING: Whatever tech you have damaged, buy a new one. These crooks aren't worth it. The frustration you'll feel dealing with these people arent worth it. Came in for battery replacement at the flea market for $80 (location on weekends). They said it'll take two days and I gave them the battery to replace it with. They swapped the battery within a few hours (Impressed at first) When we found out the battery wasn't the issue and it was the charging point within, he wanted more money, an extra $40. I went to their other location (massively unorganized, electronics everywhere) They gave back the laptop with the same problem, telling me I had to play with the charger to get it to work ($120 for this?!) I asked for my other batter back and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He lost it. A $100 battery. GONE He said he'll have to look for it as he may have left it at the flea market. A week goes by I meet him again at the flea market. He says he still cant find it and he needs to look at security cameras. (The whole time this is going on, he's dodging my calls. I keep calling and he tells me, the battery is not his responsibility. He says I should've never gave it to him. He had the audacity to say he was doing me a favor.") I call a few more times, and now he says it might be at one of his warehouses. YOU CAN AFFORD A WAREHOUSE BUT WORK OUT OF A DINGY JOINT SPACE. He even described himself as an honest man. They need to be arrested
I went for a small issue with my iPhone 13 Pro but they changed my whole back housing without asking me and also stole have of the parts in my phone… like the haptic engine… vibration motor and two of the cameras in my phone ….When I asked for the old housing they refused to give it to me … these guys charged me 400$ for steal from my phone and they literally ruined my phone …. Please don’t go there by any means … I need someone to close this place down for the good of everyone. Scammers and crooks like these must not have a business to exploit people… Someone let the city look into these crooks and shut them down for good ‼️
Bunch of liars and scammers. Owner shahid has very unprofessional and continiously lies to you and ensures your time is wated. DO NOT waste your time and money. Business like these should be shutdown
fake people , they will take your laptop to repair then next day ask you to pickup laptop from diff location and give you broken screen , and will tell you to come again someday when you are nearby. poor service. They took my laptop at different location and ask me to pickup from different one. I think the person that is sitting in the shop dont know anything, he is just there to receive the stuff and give you a random quote and when its time for pickup they will give you a different location to pickup and when you reach over there you will se different person who will ask you for more money and will tell you that the previous person give you wrong quote. this business should be shut down immidiately . Fraud people!!!!!
I made the mistake of going to these guys for a phone repair. I wish I had never done that. It is the worst business I have come across in my life. Gave a S22 ultra for repairs. Took them 3 weeks to return it after they said it would just take 3 days to fix it. When returned, they had damaged the phone screen. So, I had to give it back to them to change. Took them another two weeks to do so. When I got it back, they had misplaced the stylus. It's been two months now I have been chasing them to get the stylus back. Shahid never meets his commitments. They lie about everything and always give the wrong information. They have no ethics on how a business should be run and what customer service is. Nothing but a bunch of liars. I'm reaching out to the small claims court now against them. Please avoid going to these guys.
If I could give this company no stars, I would. I don’t write reviews, but I want to make sure that no one deals with an unpleasant situation. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. They damaged my phone and took no responsibility. During the initial repair, a small screw was left moving around under my screen. A large vertical black line began to grow on the screen until I couldn’t read anything on my phone. This was a few days after the repair. Afterwards, the touchscreen stopped working. With many and promises to fix my phone, I took it to someone else. The company that repaired my phone gave me the defective screen. I was told by the owner that I would be reimbursed if I brought back the screen. When I brought it back the screen, he refused to give me my money back. This is not an honest business and they do not value their customers. I would suggest going somewhere else for any of your needs.
