The guy tells me the phone need 1-2 days to fix and he’ll call me the next day to tell me the price. 3 days later I had to find his number on google because I never got a call or text message about my phone. Not a single update on what was happening. After finding his number he tells me he still didn’t find a solution to the problem and he’ll call me back in an hour. He never called back. I had to call him again. Finally when he answers after 4 calls, he tells me the phone will take a week more just to get the part and the price to fix it will be more than his original estimate. I refused his repair and asked for my phone back when he tells me the only way to get my phone back is to go pick it up from Ajax. If I couldn’t drive an hour out of the city then he has to give it to me on the weekend so I was left without a phone and repair for an entire week. I pleaded with him to find a way to get me my phone back but he didn’t care and left me waiting for the weekend to get my phone back. When I saw him on the weekend he wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic. He came at me with a smug attitude like I’m clueless about the world. He thinks because he has your phone in his possession he owns you and can say and do whatever he wants, however he wants, whenever he wants. Not like your a customer giving him business. The worst communication skills ever and he even threatened to keep my phone when I started yelling. There was 30 other places at the flea market that offered me the repair for cheaper and faster but unfortunately I got stuck with this guy.
Absolutely ridiculous, cannot properly communicate, says it will take one hour and 3 hours later STILL waiting wish I could put 0 stars will never return to this waste of time will never recommend.
They sold my mentally lost grandma an old phone and when I asked them to take it back she doesn’t need a phone and they won’t take it back. Don’t buy from them. They will take your money and won’t treat you like a customer later.
Broke my phone screen the other night. Called this shop and they had my phone repaired in 45 minutes. Extremely happy and would recommend this place to my friends and family
Went in here to get a charger port replacement. When the technician was finished, there was a white spot on my screen and the microphone on my phone was not working. I brought it in a few days later - the white spot was caused by a loose screw(I don't know how this was missed initially) but that was fixed. The tech claimed the microphone issue was caused by dust buildup. I was doubtful and asked him to test it, and he claimed it was fine, so off I went. However, it became apparent to me as I used my phone and made a few calls, that the mic quality was still off. There would be a lot of static in the background and my voice couldn't be heard properly. Only good thing about this place is that it is cheap but that's pretty much it.
I got my battery replaced on my one plus 6. The service was great, and the price was very reasonable. I had the phone ready to go in 2 hours. No complaints. Thanks man!
