I tried to fix my daughter’s iPad today which is Monday and was told to pick it up on Thursday. I find that absolutely ridiculous for such a quick job. When I asked why, he said he was too busy with other things to do. He then began to be VERY DISRESPECTFUL with me. My advice is to stay far away from this place. With how hyper and disrespectful he was towards me, I don’t think he deserves any kind of business.
The customer servi e here doesn't even exist. They were given instructions to not remove my screen protector and did it anyways and when I refused to pay for their mistake, the son literally exploded with anger and was screaming in our faces, threatening to call the police. Thats how you conduct yourself? We couldn't believe that this was a grown adult that owns a business dealing with customers... Truly terrible business
This place is a crook. They took my phone, didn’t fix my phone. STOLE $80 from me and didn’t turn around and fix my phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE ILLEGAL. running an illegal business. Stealing peoples money that are trying to fix their issues. Even though my phone wasn’t fixed he insisted to not re-fix it. Then as I was about to leave a review, he was looking at my personal message in my phone. Invasion of privacy. Real criminals. HI-CLASS CROOKS. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I am aware that the google review will be shown to the owner. The way you are telling me this information, is the same way you looked at me and showed me that, you are not fixing my phone even though I spent $80 to fix my screen. Any one with good customer service would have looked at the phone again and see where they could have went wrong. You denied me that service, because you looked over at another phone I had in my hand (breach of privacy) and seen that I was about to leave a review. You racially profiled me, as I am a black woman, and when I tried to speak, you kept speaking over me. You have no customer service skills and DO NOT need to own a business, that enables you to deal with people at face value. You have no INTEGRITY. Life is already hard, you rendered a service you received money, and the job was incomplete. You mentioned you have a million dollar company, but yet the phone that you didn't fix you denied looking at it again. As mentioned before, this IS NOT A PLACE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, especially if you are black. After he supposedly fixed my cracked screen. This message appeared and never came off. I went to Apple and they told me the screen is not compatible hence why your phone isn't working. He refused to fix it.
