I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service here. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming. They took their time with my Shiba, handled him gently, and were clearly experienced. The bath was very thorough, they cleaned his ears and trimmed his nails with care. He looks fantastic and feels so soft! It’s clear they genuinely love animals and are responsible. We’ve found our regular grooming spot!
We bring our Havanese dog here. Friendly, patient and professional service. They provide detailed information on what is included in their packages as well as notifying us if something else is suggested before adding the service and charging. They are fast and efficient. And fees are competitive.

They do a great job every time. My dog lola gets very nervous and hasn't gotten a good haircut from other places like petsmart who just shave her because she has curly hair. They do a wonderful job with her and we love how cute she looks after!
First time coming to this place and definitely will come again. My cat was shedding a lot and was very hot in this summer weather so I took him here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the process of booking an appointment was very easy, only requiring vaccination records. My cat got the haircut exactly as requested and no longer sheds everywhere. The price was also very reasonable. Staff also help translate English into Mandarin for my relatives.
We had a really good experience at PinkPaw. Elaine was very easy to talk to. She gave some helpful suggestions and really listened to what we wanted. We showed her a few photos, and she did a great job with the haircut—just the way we imagined it! Our pet looked super cute and felt comfortable throughout. Thank you, Elaine! Love this place :) I have two morkies and we get them groomed here every few months. They do an amazing job each time. The place is very clean, and the owner is super nice, patient and caring! They give personal attention to my dogs, so it's a relaxing grooming experience for them. The owner even gave a thoughtful new year present for my pups...they loved the special food treat! My puppies always come back fresh, clean, with super soft fur and smell amazing :) So happy we found this place, and so close to home! Thank you pink paws!!
