After initially giving five stars a year ago, I have lowered my rating to 2 stars because their after-sale service is terrible. I have an issue with one of the pairs of glasses I purchased. The clinic near my house told me to visit another clinic in Brampton to see Mr. Mahavir Singh. I went to the Brampton clinic. Mahavir kept my glasses for two weeks and then returned them to the nearest clinic claiming he had changed the glasses. I tried the so-called new glasses and experienced the same issue. Therefore, I highly doubt he ever actually changed the glasses. I tried to contact him again without success. The Brampton clinic is too far for me, and I cannot visit without an appointment. I contacted the nearest clinic in Malton. They said they would pass on the message to Mahavir and get back to me. I am still waiting for their call. I must say, the after-sale service is very disappointing. I will not return to this place because I paid for two pairs but have only been using one. One pair is useless for me.
Dr Bansal is my family Optometrist for over 25 years and I never thought of going anywhere else even I moved over 45 minutes away from his clinic. He always spend time during eye checkups and never rushed. God bless him
My family had always visited this clinic and had the pleasure of been attended to by Dr. Ravneet Sidhu. She is amazing, very patient and kind. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to Simran (at the front desk), who has always made our visit smooth and swift.
Very disrespectful staff they don’t have value there customer i made a online appointment for 11:50 am when i reached she said you can come back at 3:30 we have different schedule for online appointments. Don’t not want to revisit again and not recommend for others . Overall they don’t work with appointments.
Dr. Tanu Bansal is truly at the high end of her class at all levels! She demonstrates professionalism all the while making your visit truly enjoyable. No rush,answers all questions ,further provides explanations as required for her diagnosis and test results. The front desk staff are great,providing Genuine,Fast,Efficient,Friendly service which no doubt is a mandatory prerequisite of Dr Tanu Bansal! Dr Bansal, took the time and personally assisted me in choosing my eye wear providing authentic unbiased opinions during the process. I noticed a few reviews that were not indicative of the Dr or the office I visit! In Closing I would implore patients to take a deep breath and collect their thoughts before leaving reviews, just be sure you really meant what you wrote and that its factual,not based on your mood that day!! This place should get negative rating. Had to wait for an hour past my appointment time and on that, they were sending patients who had come after me. When i confronted them, the receptionist said that the walkins will not take much time. Very unprofessional behavior. No respect for booked appointments. The one star is for the doctor.
