This was my first time visiting this place. The optometrist I visited was very professional and he didn't hesitate to answer some questions I asked regarding my eye health. In addition Paula did a great job assisting me to find a good pair of spectacles. Her patience and communication skills are highly appreciated by me. Thank you for your wonderful service.
We did book an appointment for 1:30 and at 12:30 the reception girl calls and says that someone else is booked on that time can you come at 2 in very rude tone and I was still talking to her politely than why did she book us for 1:30 and she says it is not my issue our computer had issues and I was be like it’s is not my problem either and she says okay then cancel it. The worst receptionist I have ever talked to would be her. Whatever happens there has to be a way to talk to patients and customers. Very disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of rude receptionist. I wish there was an option to put zero star because of this kind of people.
Dr Birring is very professional and very informative. He explains everything every step of the way. Showed me the photos of my eyes and explained what he was seeing, which has never been done at other clinics. Staff is also very friendly. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
The reason I picked this office is due to their efficient customer care policy and knowledgeable Optometrists!! Very organized in terms of booking appointments and flexibility with the schedules. I was impressed by the care in follow ups for my concerns or after my appointments. I feel it's important to have a reliability in a health care service and believe this place delivers, always! Moreover, if you are looking for specialists referals , the Optometrists was able to provide me with lots of choices per my closest location. Overall, an excellent choice for all things eyes!
