I had an amazing experience at 2020 Eyecare thanks to Sukhpreet. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right lenses for my needs, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Her customer service is exceptional—she goes above and beyond, and you can tell she truly cares about helping her patients. I left feeling confident, informed, and very well taken care of.
I love this place! I’ve been a regular for many years now. The optometrist Dr Singh is SOOO nice and so friendly and has such a good memory. Even after not seeing him for 3 years he’ll remember how many kids I have and my husband’s name haha. Which is super personable and I appreciate it. The staff in the front are very friendly and super helpful, particularly Garima who helped me pick the best frame right away and she was so kind and hilarious to speak with also - highly recommend this place :)

I had an amazing experience during my last visit at 20/20 eyecare. Starting from Dr. Singh who is just best in his business, to Sylvia and Bableen who are treating everyone so nicely. And Perin and Sukhpreet who were very positive and helpful in their service. Best place to go for eye checkups.?
I had a wonderful experience with all staff, they were very patient with me as I navigated my first attempts at putting in my new contacts, as well as they throughly explained in detail how to use them long term. They are all very kind. I highly recommend.
We came 10 mins late at 12.10 pm and the doctor was not available for the checkup as she came late too around 12.30 pm. We had to wait for 45 mins to get next slot as the other patient who had apppointment at 12.30 pm got our slot. Expecting better scheduling and communication in future.
