The best NAIL SALON EVER! I definitely think this deserves the rating I gave. The service is very amazing! From my experience the people there are very experienced! The nails I get are great. Very clean as well. Pricing is reasonable too. The men and women there are very nice, in fact they even taught me some Vietnamese! The shellack and base is great. Very soft and cautious of nails. They are great with kids which I find very helpful. The base coat for my nail and everything was just perfect. I had my design and it looked just like what I asked for! Very sweet people and interior plus the exterior is just perfect. I guarantee you that the good reviews are the most accurate. Ever since we found out about this place, the only difference is me being more happier. Definitely recommended.
Emily did my pedicure and she was amazing! Shaping and polishing was perfect and she takes her time with the massage, so relaxing. I always book with Celina for bio gel nails shes quick and does a good job every time.
Been to Lavish Lux Nails quite a few times now. Love the free parking and that you can book with a stylist online. Staff is very friendly. Gel manicure with Lily is always great. She pays close attention to detail and is very creative in her designs! Highly recommend going here!
Disappointing First Experience at Lavish Lux Nails I recently booked an appointment at Lavish Lux Nails in Mississauga for myself and my daughter (under 10) for shellac manicures. We arrived 10 minutes early and appreciated being seated immediately. My daughter had chosen a nail design for all 10 fingers, and the nail tech informed me there would be an extra charge. Without being told the specific cost, I agreed as long as it was reasonable. The tech then consulted with another employee and returned to say it would be an additional $40. I was shocked, especially given how small her nails are, but the explanation was that it would take more time, so I reluctantly accepted. As my shellac removal began, the nail tech attending to me said she needed to switch to another client and reassured me that another employee would help my daughter. Shortly after, another client arrived, claiming to have an appointment with the person helping my daughter. That tech then left her, and I was told yet another nail tech, already working with another client, would finish her nails. At this point, I was extremely frustrated by the disorganized and unprofessional approach. I declined to continue my own service and requested that my original tech complete my daughter’s nails instead. The staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do to accommodate my request. Left with no choice, I canceled my service entirely, agreeing to pay for my shellac removal, which was poorly done—my nails were drilled (not soaked), leaving them scratched and messy. To make matters worse, it is now 1:40 PM, and the nail tech we were supposedly waiting for is still working on her client. This experience has been a complete waste of time. Ultimately, my focus was on making my daughter happy, as this visit was a promise to her. However, this experience was anything but satisfying. The salon was quiet, with very few clients, making the lack of attention and constant disruptions even more baffling. Unfortunately, this was our first visit, and based on the disorganization, lack of professionalism, and the state of my nails, I cannot see myself returning.
Came in with a nail design that I had received from another nail salon. Was very disappointed with the design so I came in here hoping that someone could remove it and give me another. Peter was gracious enough to take on my request. After carefully filing down my nails, he took his time to give me the design I really wanted. Was so happy to go home with nails that I felt truly satisfied with. Will definitely consider coming here again. Thank you again Peter for the amazing job!
I have visited this nail salon in Mississauga and I had 2 amazing experiences with Celina. Today I had a a bio refill, Shellac pedicure with Tom. He was amazing, he took his time and was very kind and professional during the entire process. My daughter had a refill with nail designs by Jamie. She was so unfriendly, unprofessional and aggressive. My daughter had acrylic nails on and instead of refilling with acrylic she made the choice without asking to do a bio gel refill. She didn’t tell her what the additional charges would be during the process so when I received the bill at the end it was almost $300 I asked for a breakdown and the charges included $10 per nail design, charge for broken nails , refills and pedicure. the bill was actually $205. I paid and tipped both Tom and Jamie. Although Jamie did not use the hot towel on my daughter like Tom did with me it was my daughter’s 1st time and I wanted her to have a good experience like I did in the past. She goes to another salon where she is treated very nice but I convinced her to try this place. When we were leaving I asked if my daughter could take a cuticle oil as it was her 1st time here and I received one the 1st time I came in. Another guy send yes you can take it then Jamie ran over to us and yelled No! It’s $10!! You have to pay.. I understand if they do not give them out anymore but she could have nicely explained that to us after being the only customers in there. It was the experience I was used to at this place today! I am happy with the results of my services but nothing else. Please ask about cost upfront so there will be no surprise charges in the end.
Made appointment, they called and said come in 15 mins later than the time scheduled. Made me and my wife wait for 1 hour before one of us could be worked on. Pedicures were average other than the wait time. Here's my wife's $80 full set. Not worth the price or time in my opinion. The pictures posted vs what we got is just so surprising. Ladies were so nice just wish the service was better, especially because I wanted it to look as good as the one posted for my wife's birthday.
