This place wasn't clean at all. When you stepped in, you can smell chemical and not clean at all. And when the lady started, she said it's $55(Acrylic) but it was showing $35+ so I said it's showing $35 and Jenny said website is not updated. Even at the store menu, it says $35. And I also received a confirmation email on appointment day and on email it said $35. And when my daughter asked for designs, went up to $90! and I asked mine for Ombre, Jenny said she can do it but she didn't. and I picked 3 different colors, she made fun of it. At the end, our price was $155 Jenny said and she put on machine $175. Mine was no design, simple colors with magnet and she charged $65. Store cleanness, (I think they use same grinder for every customers) smells, and price changed, I will never go there.
I got a cut during a nail service at this salon, and the tool they used didn’t seem properly cleaned between clients. It looked like they use the same grinder on everyone without disinfecting it. This raises serious health and hygiene concerns. I’m now worried about possible infections. They don’t understand English so it get difficult to even communicate With them Salons should follow strict cleaning rules to protect customers. I hope the health department checks this place out — it’s not safe. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE
The place is not clean at all. When the lady started to do my nails. She didn’t wear gloves she didn’t sanitize her hands or my hands. The tools were not sanitized. It was very awful. The process of doing the gel nails is not properly. And I asked her I want to do ombre. She told me that it’s fine. It will be more $15 and after that she did it for me with the sponge instead of the machine that is spray on your nails .Everything was not perfect unfortunately I will not recommend this place and also I’m not gonna come back again. Attention for this nail, I paid $79
The salon took me last minute, which was great, but a really poor job done for a shellac polish change. Super thick paint job (2 coats), uneven nails, and a lot of missed spots not painted on my nails. Wouldn't go back.
Took my daughter and friends for a birthday and the one girls kept messing up over and over. After we left 2 of the 3 girls nails came off with in seconds. Was not happy what so ever.
This place is awesome. All the nail tech here are so friendly and funny. They all speak English excellent. The salon is very clean and they are good in sanitizing the equipment. 9 Nails did a really good good job and hand design.
best place best team i had date so i went at 7 "closing at 7:30" but they took care of me till 9:40 they were friendly and totally nice with perfect nails and eyebrows they made my day ❤️ if there is more than 5 stars absolutely i'll give it to this place
