This is the best nail salon I have ever been too. Firstly the service is amazing, all the workers are nice and friendly. I have been to Tracy a bunch of times and haven’t been once dissatisfied. The red nails were done by Tracy and the blue by Wendy. Both amazing nails. The shape is so perfectly done.
Avoid Lucky Tracy’s Nails & Spa at all costs. I came in for what should have been a simple pedicure, trimmed, shaped nails with a dark maroon polish. Instead, I got one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the nail tech didn’t even bother to prep my nails properly before slapping polish on — I looked down after 15 minutes and saw them painting without even smoothing the surface. Completely unprofessional. Then it got worse. I suddenly felt pain on my right nail, looked closer, and realized I was BLEEDING. When I pointed it out, the tech tried to gaslight me by saying, “No, no, that’s just nail polish.” Excuse me? I know the difference between blood and polish. Trying to brush off an injury they caused is not only dishonest, it’s unsafe. And the cherry on top? They still charged me over $150 for this disaster of a service. No apology, no accountability — just a painful, sloppy, overpriced mess. This place is careless, unhygienic, and money-hungry. If you value your nails, your health, or your wallet, stay far away from Lucky Tracy’s Nails & Spa.
I had the best experience (and always do) at Lucky Tracy’s spa. Tracy did an amazing job on my bio gel manicure and Louis is very detailed and did a great job with my pedicure.
Inexperienced and borderline unsafe . They tried to remove my dip nail color with pliers instead of soaking and wrapping with foil. I had to tell them to do it . Then they grinded my base so low in my nail bed. I was in severe pain for three days from over filing down of the nail bed Not sure why / how this business is being run . A lawsuit waiting to happen !!!!
Was a walk-in for a pedicure & had a young male assigned to me. He clearly wasn’t experienced and scrubbed my skin so hard he took a few layers off. He kept dabbing at the blood as he painted my nails, then after finishing the nails, he started massaging my legs. Then he couldn’t get my flip flops on without messing up the nail polish & needed help. A senior employee came over at the end and put polysporin & a bandage on my wound. I got a few “I’m sorry’s”, but paid full price. Senior employees didn’t come near the cash register when I had to pay. Will never go back.
I had such a pleasant 1st time visit at this salon! I booked an appointment with Tracy herself as recommended by my coworker and she did not disappoint! I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted for my vacation nails and she was able to replicate the exact details to the T ? Tracy is so sweet and the service I received will definitely make me come back again!
Worst nail place I have ever been to. Customer service is poor. All they do is speak in their native language. They do the opposite of everything you tell them to do.
