They randomly raised the price to $60 without warning and were extremely rude about it! NO PRICE LIST, THEY MAKE UP WHAT THEY WANT. There are plenty more 1 star reviews similar to this one
This is what they did to my nails — rough, uneven, and damaged — and then left me sitting there without finishing the job. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, the person acted with complete ego. What shocked me more was that the rest of the staff also showed the same attitude and refused to help. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I politely requested them to fix it because these are not okay to sleep with, but instead of helping, they told me to “come tomorrow,” turned off the lights, and asked me to leave. The technician showed ego, and the rest of the staff also refused to step in or offer any assistance. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disappointing experience.
Always a great experience here! They have an amazing selection of colours, and the service is outstanding — clean, efficient and thorough. Kelly was fantastic!
I have gone here several times before and had a good experience, however the past few times the quality has not been as good. And today- has made me decide to not go back. I went today and the lady I had was extremely rude, rushed and did not do a good job on my nails at all. They do not look like a professional did them.
I recently went to this location for an acrylic nail removal and it was terrible. I got my nails done at a different location, but decided to come here since it was closer to home. I left with cuts on my nails (especially in my left ring fingernail) and skin and I never had this experience with nail removals before. I was clearly bleeding but the nail tech did nothing about it. She was also multitasking with another customer’s pedicure who came in and did not pay much attention to me after that. My natural nails look horrible now and I constantly need to wear bandaids so they don’t get worse. I am definitely not coming back after this experience.
I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experiences at your salon. I had previously been very satisfied with the services provided, but unfortunately, the past couple of visits have been disappointing. For Valentine’s Day, I requested a simple design, which I paid extra for. However, the result was far from what I expected. The nails were poorly done, with uneven shapes and a messy heart design that should have been easy to execute. Although I was running late and couldn’t have it fixed on the spot, I called ahead to ask if I could come back to have it corrected. I was told it could be fixed, and I confirmed I would be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the technician, Tanya, didn’t address the issues but instead made excuses. She claimed the three wonky nails were due to my fingers being "wonky" and insisted the heart design was normal because she "did it by hand." I have had my nails done here before and have never experienced this level of poor quality. Despite my politeness, I didn’t even mention the issues with my pedicure shellac, which was also poorly done, and only focused on the nails. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, Tanya was dismissive and told me to come back in two hours because she had another client. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this when I called, she claimed she couldn’t remember what was said, which made the situation even more frustrating. Her colleague also miscommunicated the timing, which only added to my frustration. Rather than offering an apology or taking responsibility for the mistakes, both staff members seemed to attack me instead. Ultimately, I left without any resolution, no apology, and my nails were never fixed. I would recommend paying a little extra for a better experience elsewhere, as I no longer feel that this salon meets the standards it once did.
Awesome salon, have been going here for years! Annie is the best, she is a perfectionist, I ALWAYS love my nails (which cannot be said for other salon's). Great conversation as well :)
