Cathy is the absolute best! She always does the best work. I always leave loving my nails and wax. Not only that, but she is so accommodating and really takes my busy schedule into consideration. I have never had a better nail lady honestly. I always look forward to my appointments with her.
I went to do my pedicure the woman didn’t even let me go inside the shop. It was -14 very cold and I had my infant with me. She said she doesn’t have any worker and asked me to come later. Who treats their customer like this? If I could I would have given them 0 star. Learn how to treat customers and then come to the service industry!
I am a consistent customer here and Cathy always goes above and beyond. She always makes sure you are happy with her work, she has a clean salon, and lots of colours to choose from. I only go here for my nails, and the main reason is the customer service and hard work she puts in her work.
I just called. Poor customer service with terrible English. Lady couldn’t understand simple “polish and manicure” and says “wat u mean” and hangs up. Never calling again or going.

Got my nails done. Went home and noticed that one of my nails was not properly painted. Tech left early did not offer any proper repair options. Will not be coming back.
Got my lashes done, a manicure and eyebrow waxing and the service was astonishing! Efficient and professional. Definitely would come back and recommend.
