Do not trust these guys. They sold me an international phone, but they told me it's a Canadian version with Samsung 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. Unfortunately I found out is was an international phone after purchasing the phone. When I went back for a refund, the owner lied and said he told us it was an international phone and could nor provide a refund. He was also very rude to me and called me a liar. Very shady business owner. Beware!!
These guys are total scam artists, Dont be surprised when they lie to you and say you lied. The store denied responsibility and will rip you off and say they dont care if you write a review on Google because they said they know how to get them removed. The sold me a international phone and said it was Canadian. When I came back and called them out, the owner said I lied and told me off. Buyer beware! This kind of behavior is unacceptable in Canada, buy elsewhere. Trust me.
I got my iPhone battery replaced here, but after the repair, my screen started flickering, the camera stopped working, and the mic was faulty. The shop denied responsibility, even though these issues never existed before. No receipt was given (cash payment), so I have no proof, but I know they caused the damage. Avoid unless you want to risk your device!
A bit disappointed.....Service was very fast, but they exchange a OLED screen (better and sharp quality) for a LCD screen on my Samsung phone...not the same quality, and as soon as I noticed the poor quality of pixels and asked about it...I just heard silence. Double check before you do this kind of exchange.
