Provide good exchange rate for transfers but the only thing I’m unsatisfied with is the Time. They promise 3-4 days but it takes a week to reflect the amount in receiver side. Happened 4-5 times. Recent was last week Tuesday and money has not been received yet! Recent one sent on November 18, 2025 and its November 26, 2025 still the amount is not received! They say, because of holidays banks were closed! but did the holiday lasts for a week every time? Now saying, it will be transferred on November 27,2025! Does not matter even if you send amount A WEEK BEFORE they easily take 10 days to make transfer. They transfer from Indian accounts and still take this much time. Very disappointed with that. Worth only if you are sending a month before.
