Lots of inventory! Went here after the in-stock inventory at the Square One location was disappointing. This location had many different certified pre-owned phone models in stock to choose from. There was all female staff when I went there and they weren't overly pushy about extras, though they are sales people, so you can't blame them for trying, but they knew when to take no for an answer. Would definitely recommend this specific location to anyone.
Bring your phone to this location if you want it destroyed. I took my Samsung phone there to get a new battery (which is a fairly easy job) and they completely killed the phone and it didn't start again (according to them). The two technicians working there were multitasking (answering the phone, talking to customers and taking phones apart) which is a recipe for a disaster. They gave me back my dead phone and told be to open a claim for a replacement phone. I took the phone home and within less than one hour, I fixed it and it was working and am not even a phone technician. They didn't even take the time to troubleshoot the issue that they created.
First they offer you warranty plan once you get it and later you need to cover your device through plan they never fix it under warranty, I came to this location to change display they said they have it and will be done then I told them it's under warranty they said they dont have part first time ever I see someone lying on face after committing so I never recommend buying anything from this store ( mobile klinik)
If you phone was bad before it when in, wait until they finish with! They cleaned my phone and destroyed my “Face ID” , it no longer works and it was working before they touched it!! They said it needed a part, it would take a few days, then I call to follow up, and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about! Terrible customer service, don’t let them put their hands on your phone, unless you want it to have more issues and then they try to sell you a pre owned phone! It’s their game!!!
TERRIBLE. if I could give 0 stars I would do not go here they replaced my screen and then now its been acting up and it says its a not genuine replacement. They also proceeded to tell me I could get it fixed free next time then when I went they were like they never said that. do not reccomend young lady was very bad service. TERRIBLE.
If there was zero star I would give it to those amateurs, non professional at all, I was referred to by Google support, I brought my phone for only a software issue because it wasn't booting, they couldn't fix it through flash, so they said it's the battery (not related at all) , they suggested replacing it to fix the issue, I said ok, then what, they broken the phone screen while opening the phone, the new battery wasn't helpful so they took it out, and they broken the original battery, then all I got is "we apologize", I can't imagine how such amateurs are handling a repair shop, they have no logic, no skills and worse they can't even deal with customers
I was referred here by Google for warranty repair. I found them extremely impolite and unprofessional. They advertised one hour repair in the shop but the lady is telling 2 to 3 hours to everyone. I wanted to wait for repair as I had come from a far distance. She did not like me waiting for my repair. She offered me a filthy and broken chair (though she had another chair in front of her desk) in the corner beside the garbage as punishment of waiting in her facility. She worked very slow and I saw her talking and chatting to her friends while at work for most of the time. I will never be back again. I hope the business owner and Google read the reviews of poor services being provided.
