Went to Mobile Care earlier this week for a screen replacement for a Pixel 7. The fingerprint reader was not working after Mobile Care did the change. Had to go back multiple times for them to try to fix the issue, but they kept insisting there was an issue with the phone itself. I had to do my own research and call Google support to determine that the screen that was used was likely defective. The shop kept insisting the issue was with the phone and not their screen. After pressing a few times, they were willing to replace the screen with a new one. which ultimately fixed as Google explained. Muhammad was pleasant to deal with and helpful when changing the new screen. He explained everything thoroughly and the phone was fixed correctly in the end. Left a 3 star review just for the headache that went into making things right.
DONT GO HERE. brought my phone in for screen repair and they ruined by battery during the process. now my battery is getting inflamed and lifting the screen off. phone doesn’t work at all. scammers!!
I came in with an issue with my phone charger port that other repair shops couldn’t figure out. Manish took a look, explained that it just needed a thorough cleaning (that should be done by a professional) and fixed it quickly, I was honestly skeptical at first since I don’t usually trust repair techs, but he got it working perfectly. I also needed a case that would fit a flat charger for my iPhone 13, which no other shop had. Manish was very patient, let me try different cases, and answered all my questions without rushing me. He told me the repair would take about 20–25 minutes but got it done in just 10. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Mobilecare, especially because of Manish’s professionalism and patience!
