My Samsung Galaxy S23 had the S Pen broken and stuck when my son to fix it, using super glue. I went to Cellular Nation, the Technician was honest in his assessment on the phone. He was professional, kind hearted man- who will give you his professional and honest report on the condition of the phone. Assessing the issue, I decided to go home with the phone and not repair- but come back later- He refused to charge for his time in accessing the phone. They are very responsive when you call. Amazing customer service. I have saved his phone number- I will recommend Cellular Nation to all my friends and family.
The guy here fixed all kind of phones. My Huawei phone got repaired somewhere else and they put aftermarket screen. Im not happy with screen quality. My daughter's Iphone 13 was water damaged about 1.5 months ago, and half of screen stopped responding. It became black out gradually after a week. The tech onsite communicated well and was able to quickly identify the root cause and replaced screen while waiting. Recently my daughter noticed the front camera was blurry, and the tech helped clear up the dust for free. It's super service. Will use them for future service for sure.
Thank you, Cellular Nation. The tech in the store was very professional and even installed a screen protector for free after replacing my iPhone X screen. This is the only store I’d recommend. It took just about 30 minutes, and they replaced both my screen and battery with original parts.
