Very disappointing experience. I went to this walk-in clinic hoping to use UHIP, but the front desk staff had a very poor attitude from the beginning. They were unhelpful and dismissive, kept making excuses, and eventually told me that the doctor does not see patients with UHIP and that I could only be seen if I paid cash.
This clinic has exceptional and timely service. Always looking to put the patient first and suggest medicines or treatments that can fit within budget. Excellent call back service too once you've done a test here.
Square One Medical Center is an excellent clinic — clean, organized, and very professional. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Laura is my family doctor, and she’s absolutely wonderful — patient, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. She takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Laura to anyone looking for great medical care in Mississauga!

我看见评分只有3.8的时候特别惊讶（我敢肯定有情绪评分在内），在我心里评分至少4.5分。以下是来自三年的“老病人”兼 家人陪同的亲身体验总结：我全家都在这家诊所体检看病，诊所的女医生Dr. Michael Loura总是笑眯眯的，反正我很喜欢她，总是问候我的家人。她推荐的药也总是优先能报保险的，其次是不能报保险的，都会讲清楚，我对她满分，无可挑剔。还有一位入职一年的华人男医生 Dr. Colin Xiong，性格比较内敛一点，但是果断，冷静，友好，会中文和英文，（中文没有非常流利但是也刚好够用不妨碍看病）；Xiong医生的建议也很中肯。总之，这两位医生都很推荐。然后是抽血的护士，技术特别好，从来没有让我们痛过，我的血管特别小，她们总能一次精准抽到血，非常厉害谦虚。接着是药房的药剂师哥哥和阿姨，友好耐心详细，总是叮嘱我们确保我们都了解怎么用药才让我们付款哈哈。我们家住得近，有些refill的药还能免费邮寄到家，特别方便。最后，这家诊所的环境对我来说是温馨小店，一条龙的服务让我和我家人节省时间又安心。（补充，诊所门口有付款的parking lot，曾经是投币的 现在升级成触屏的了，老年人可能不大友好，带一个年轻人可能会比较方便使用）希望大家无病无痛健康开心。?peace out~
