After asking about how to refill a prescription, the front desk staff instructed me to have my pharmacy fax it over. I did that, asked to confirm when they received it and I would be sitting waiting. After 45 minutes walked up to the desk to confirm they received it. I said “sorry for bothering” before I asked and was met with “i dont know who you are” and then “its going to take 48 hours for the Dr. to see it.” Very frustrating service
The receptionists that are in this clinic are horrible, some kids from highschool can run a clinic much better than this. They cant multi task, and have taken on more patients than they can handle which caused me to get in about 2 hours after my booked appointment. They dont know how to communicate on call and i even saw you guys use being on lunch hour an excuse?! absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. would never recommend this place to anyone
Always get prompt, kind service from Front Desk- the staff answers phone calls without any long waits and tries their best to facilitate any requests.My fav Dr.Pinto calls this home but everyone from nurse staff, lab techs and alternate Doctor’s are professional and interested in me. I’m a big fan!!
This has been my doctors office for more than 20 years… from the front desk, no accommodation lack of empathy, you are just a number. I don’t think any other doctor office is better. Searching for a new doctor is difficult as customer service standards are low overall. Overall most disappointed.
I’m probably one of the first patients to attend this clinic, originally with Dr, Sheppard. Dr Nguyen, his replacement, has not disappointed. He is approachable and knowledgeable.
Beyond grateful for the exceptional care and attention provided by the Creditview Medical team. Dr. Scott Nguyen, Nicoletta and the entire team always demonstrated the highest levels of care and attention as my elderly parents encountered illnesses. Communications were always clear and included well-defined plans for additional care and resources that would be required. Truly most grateful to the entire Creditview Medical team for their professional, unwavering support, care and compassion.
Office is closed and there’s no notice on when it’ll be open again. They haven’t filled a prescription that I needed a week ago. Looking for a new family doctor now. Poor service and communication.
