Very positive experience at this clinic. We had a great experience with Dr. Hashim. He listened carefully, was very understanding, and took appropriate precautions. He was also wonderful with my son and make the visit comfortable. I would definitely recommend
First time visiting the clinic and it was overall good experience. It was a weekend but still not too crowded. I was walk in but they were able to register me quickly and i saw the doctor within 15 minutes.
A clinic that does not respect patients or appointments, they bring doctors who speak Arabic and Pakistani to bring the largest number of patients, but unfortunately they cannot receive their patients, why? Because they are greedy, they just want money without any concern for the health of patients
Waiting time is too much.. they need to work on their appointment system. Doctors are good but should take only as many appointments that they can handle. Typical wait time is 30-60 min.
Just don't do it. You may as well have no doctor. All this clinic cares about is making money!!!! Dr Alwyn is fantastic until you have REAL pain problems, then nothing. You suffer until you see a specialist as the Dr won't prescribe any real pain relief! The clinic itself needs to update some as far as actually seeing patients. They're still sending anyone with a fever to ER which at this point is ridiculous! This clinic is a sad sad commentary on the Canadian health care system!!
Dr Jamal Allwan make me wait more than 40 min and he was busy in his personal calls i can hear what he said , nothing related to any patient I left the clinic and i am in pain , shame of this clinic un professional way to treat with people in pain
I am coming to Dr. Jamal Alwan for my health issues since last 2 years at Erin Medical center/MI Clinic. I personally found Dr. Jamal extremely professional medical practitioner, who really cares about the health and well being of his patients seriously. After 2 years of complete satisfaction under his treatment, I finally made him my family doctor and recommended him to couple of my friends too, who will see him in coming days. Dr. Jamal have all the qualities of a perfect family physician, if anyone looking for it in Erin Mills area. Thank you.
